CS Elite is built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to excellence. These standards keep our community positive, competitive, and enjoyable for everyone.
Zero Tolerance for Toxicity
No flaming, blaming, or negativity toward teammates. Respect everyone regardless of performance. Harassment, slurs, and toxic behavior result in immediate removal.
Communication is Required
You must have a working microphone and actively communicate with your team. Callouts, strategy, and positive reinforcement are essential to our gameplay.
Play to the Last Round
Every game is an opportunity to improve. Even when losing, maintain a positive attitude and give your best effort until the final round. No giving up, no throwing.
Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
Reports from teammates are reviewed and acted upon swiftly. Even a single toxic game can result in an immediate permanent ban from the club. There are no warnings, no second chances. If you can't meet our standards, CS Elite isn't for you.
